I dont know what happened to this business. I was thrilled when they moved in -
the best machines, cleanest environment and nicest ladies working there. Now half the regular washing machines are Out of Order, some are moldy and have rust. Its always been much more expensive than a regular laundromat, but used to be worth it, now Im not sure about that. I hope the fluff & fold ladies are getting extra hourly- its super convenient for me when I dont have time, and they are very helpful, but I supply my own detergent and given the condition of the machines Im not sure what Im

The machines are coated with globs of powder detergent so you get someone elses detergent when washing your clothes. More than half the machines are out of order. More times than I can count Ive come in and no machines are free. Ive had to wait for a free dryer.

I came to LA to visit a friend and stayed for a week. In order not to bring too much luggage, I decided that I want to do laundry at some point during my stay. I stayed at an AirBnB but laundry was not an option. So I had to look up a place that was clean that had credit card option just in case. This place said, no need to carry quarters around, card payment system is available. I havent done this before so upon arriving, trying to calculate how much I wanted to put in the card with a confused look, I was greeted by Elizabeth. She was wonderful and very accommodating. She walked me through

Was staying in Silver Lake on holiday for ten days & the this place was excellent. Super cheap (4 bucks for big load of washing & drying, all completed in less than 45min), simple to navigate top up card process meaning no need for loads of coins, friendly staff, and a great sneaker cleaning service too. Added bonus of being round the corner from Moms Donuts...seriously some of the best donuts we have ever eaten!

This is about as awesome as a laundromat can get! I had trouble getting my card to work but I am from out of state so maybe it was my card.. Easy fix though because they have money cards so I was able to buy one for a $1 and put money on it.
