My wife an I lived in the house that used to sit on this lot. After carefully assessing what would be needed to renovate the old house to make it a clean and safe "forever home," we determined that it made more sense to build a new home in its place. Renaissance stood out as our preferred builder for two primary reasons: their process and their quality. And now, having moved into the new house, we couldn't be happier about our decision to work with Renaissance Homes.

Same same here. We lost 5 truly old growth pines on our street that will never come back for a two car garage in our King neighborhood. Just senseless and If I can say so plain cruel idiotic.Those trees had soul shade and green to them. Please become a good neighbor with some one somewhere else. Thanks for Reading.

This is a great company! Brandon Tedder is an awesome builder - always up on the latest innovations. We have built three homes here in Little Rock - all with Renaissance. 2005, 2013, and 2020. All of our builds were great experiences. They are organized and have their stuff together. They have regular subs too. The painters did all of our houses, and are amazing! I could go on... if you want a positive experience, your house done on time, on budget, and built with high quality and attention to detail, use Renaissance!! I'd recommend them to everyone.

We have owned this home since 2013, and love it. We had the opportunity to "stalk" this builder for a couple years before deciding to choose Renaissance to build our home. We visited several building sites to observe the process, and found the the techniques and building practices were done as advertised. We worked primarily with Amanda Andruss and couldn't be happier with the whole process from finding a lot, to home completion and move in. The communication was excellent, and the support from on-site construction foreman was also great.
