R.J. Nelson Co was one of the only local HVAC companies that actually called me back to set up an appointment! They were quick, friendly, and professional when coming to my home for a quote, also extremely reasonable - a smidge cheaper than another company I had gotten a fast quote on. Not only that, Alvin, was thorough and explained to me what I needed and why. The team that came to install my new furnace and AC were on time, on the DOT, and were extremely professional, quick, friendly, and did a great job. I would highly recommend RJ Nelson if you need a new furnace and air conditioner!

We contacted RJ Nelson last Friday when we were having an issue with our AC. They had someone out first thing on Saturday to take a look at it. The employee was very knowledgeable in troubleshooting the problem and very informative as to what the issues were. I would highly recommend RJ Nelson to anyone as they were very polite, professional and got the job done!

I am so impressed with RJ Nelson. Or AC failed 3 days ago and they shuffled around their schedule and installed a new AC and furnace in record time. My entire experience has been so great working with them. If you want a Lennox, go with RJ Nelson to get great pricing and service.

Love the work they do. They are fast and efficient. This is the second time we've used them, once when my thermostat broke and this time the condenser fan motor went bad. The only thing I will say is that the first person was much more personable and kept us in the loop more than this time. We rent our house so our landlord is their priority in communication but this second guy hardly communicated anything to us about the unit and wasn't personable at all, even when repeatedly going in and out of my home.

We have used this company for quite a number of years. It is never difficult to get an appointment. The service people are knowledgeable, professional and never leave any kind of mess. Their prices are very reasonable and they only do what they say they will do. Highly recommend them.
