We so appreciate the compassionate and full service we received from all of the staff. We first encountered Rusty who gave us a complete estimate for a stairlift, followed by Dave who helped us navigate the best lift chair options for our mother - and cant forget Jesus who did an excellent job installing the lift - I wouldnt hesitate to recommend Bischoffs for any mobility or medical supply need!

I bought some equipment here and they were very nice to deal with. However now that I need help with getting reimbursement from my insurance company it's a different story. They have no one answering phones in any of their departments! How unprofessional is this? To begin with when they sell you something saying it can be reimbursed by your insurance they should give you the information you need to do that. No where is their tax ID listed on their billing receipts. It's the first thing the insurance will ask for.

Outstanding service & support from these kind folks. Justbe sure you get a receipt when you return equipment; we were assured all was done, and the chair was examind as we returned it in excellent condition. Then down the road we noticed rental invoicing had started up again, and backfilled a month or two. A phonecall was sufficient to clear up the incorrect billing, but waiting and insisting, on a nit-busy day, to have the accounting closed and a receipt confirming return and end of rental woukd have kept this error from happening in the first place. Woukd definitely recommend & use again,
