Meet Our Doctors

Dr. Ubieta completed his first dental education in Havana, Cuba in 2007. Not long after, he relocated to Miami, FL, where he assisted several education courses before attending Nova Southeastern University (NSU) School of Dentistry, where he completed two years of a residency program in Advanced Education in General Dentistry (AEGD), earning his Doctorate in Dental Medicine in the US.

Most dental offices send all their laboratory work to outside labs, but here at Sunset Family & Cosmetic Dentistry, Dr. Ubieta is utilizing an in house lab that fabricates most of our Crowns, Inlays/Onlays and Veneers.

Here at Sunset Family and Cosmetic Dentistry, we are proud to offer dental restorations so you can be proud of your smile. We can also fix missing teeth, and there are many options. Typically, we like to place implants, which will act like your tooth's replacement root. Overtop of the implants, we use crowns, which are artificial teeth, restoring your mouth with normal-sized and shaped teeth.
