I went in for a yearly physical and told them to only do what insurance covers. I received a bill in the mail for hundreds of dollars. Called and they said insurance didnt cover the swab (that I didnt ask for btw). Then received a second bill in the mail for an ultrasound that was covered under insurance if coded with my yearly. THE DOCTOR TOLD ME THEY COULD CODE IT THAT WAY when I come back. Scheduled the appt, did the ultrasound and received a bill for a couple more hundred. Called the billing and they said they couldnt code it that way and the doctor didnt know what they were talking

My visit here was good. Front desk was ok. Nurse Cheryl very welcoming and personable. Dr Pirchardo was great she made me feel very comfortable and communicated well. Check out was nice. I will definitely continue visiting here with Dr Pirchardo. Excellent service

My daughter has been a patient of this practice for quite some time now due to a medical condition that has had no improvement. Today my daughter asked one of the nurses for a letter to turn into her school's disability office. The nurse refused and was very inconsiderate and totally uncaring to the point of driving my daughter to tears. Horrible customer service and like another review that I read on here that I would describe as very accurate "Inconsiderate to the needs of patients" Please do whatever you can to avoid this practice.

Ok but definitely room for improvement. Office staff was a bit rude and the nurse was distracted, I understand its towards the end of the day and I know that this is a stressful job but the the rep named Cynthia seemed uncaring. Also, seeing as this office is attached to Piedmont hospital and signs are predominately displayed saying please wear a mask I would have expected office staff to know how to wear a mask correctly rather than pulled down under her chin for the full hour I was in the reception area. Dr Ralsten seemed nice and and well versed. Ill be back and hope I just caught the
