As a new patient, I was somewhat hesitant. But that quickly dissipated. From my first encounter with the receptionist to the nurse to the x-ray tech to doctor was phenomenal. Extremely professional yet Personable. I had a complete and comprehensive explanation of everything going on in my body. I was so impressed. I was made to feel comfortable yet cared for. This is truly next level orthopedic care. I highly recommend it.

This place has the best staff and attending to not only the patients needs but also request from the patient. I felt I needed to be seen sooner than the appt that was proved for me. With the new year, and the amount of patients they see on a daily basis, they made it a priority to help work and get me in sooner rather than later. The kept me in the loop and touched base with me almost daily. The staff is very professional, friendly and respectful. So far I am very impressed with Covington Orthopedics and the staff.
