Ballet Bodies is an elite boutique fitness studio located in the upscale Beverly Grove / West Hollywood area of Los Angeles. Our studio specializes in a signature Pilates / ballet fusion technique. Our mission is to provide world-class fitness instruction to each and every one of our clients. Ballet Bodies is owned by a woman and operated by strong, inspiring women; however men are welcome.

Cross-training is the key to longevity as a dancer, and at Ballet Bodies we believe no form of exercise is off-limits as long as it keeps you strong, lean, and injury-free. Whether you're on classical Pilates equipment (reformers or Cadillacs), rebounders, or utilizing just your body as your prime mode of movement, each movement draws its inspiration from a professional dancer's precision and grace.

Live-Streamed Classes

Can't take the class at the scheduled time? No problem! We are now offering recordings of our live-streamed classes daily. Each recording will go live about 20 min after the completion of the class and will be available for 24 hours so you can take the class on your own time. Just sign up for class as usual (though MBO) and send us an email to get the link to the class recording.
Reformer Classes

Ballet Bodies Pilates Reformer classes takes our method and focus of the ballet dancer's long and lean aesthetic to the Pilates machines with the help of one of our Master or Expert Private Trainers to attain results faster and safer!

The limited class size (max 3 clients), ensures that each and every client will get the attention needed to reach their goals and improve on flexibility, strength, and balance, without the costliness of a one-on-one private session.
Private & Semi-Private Training

Work one-on-one with one of our amazing trainers to get the results you are looking for! Whether it is toning up, slimming down, recovering from an injury, or for fun, these hour long sessions are 100% customizable to meet your needs. Our trainers are certified in Pilates and other various forms of physical fitness, and we offer private sessions for Pilates, ballet, cardio, pre-natal and recovery.

For classes and sessions we recommend wearing comfortable fitness or athletic wear that you can move easily in. Baggy clothes are not recommended as they can inhibit movements. Many clients like to wear traditional ballet attire (leotards, leg warmers, ballet skirts, tights) but this is not required.
