My boat spent the whole summer at different marinas that could not diagnose why my boat could not accelerate. I was told that I should drive 1-1/2 hrs to go to the best. I did and Tom told me that he would have engine running in time for my family reunion in 2 weeks. My boat was ready exactly when he said and ran better than ever before. I have never seen a better operation that genuinely cared about their customers. I will drive the extra distance in the future to have the best team working on my boat. Best was that it only took a total of 2 hours and a simple part to fix my problem. Experience

Outstanding service with friendly staff and no pressure. A real pleasure to do business with. Bill was great in that he did a though demo of my new engine, installed my new battery and even topped off my trailer tire pressures. I got a "top shelf" Honda engine and "top shelf" service to match.

Put a gps in for us and messed up our whole electric system and created thousands of dollars of repairs for us and didnt help out one bit. awful service

This is our family's 4th watercraft purchase at Dinbokowitz in the past 25 years. We have always experienced great customer service and have always been treated fairly. Nice family....
not sure what happened? I know COVID. Inquired a few times about a couple of boats, pricing, dual charger warranty refund and a couple of other things through email. No replies.ever. I literally had to physically go there to find out anything.!!!What happened?!!! Bill was the only one who seemed to be interested in helping me. Office woman said (many days later) oh yeah, I saw your email that

One of the worst boat dealers to ever deal with. Lady at front desk couldnt of been more disrespectful. Definitely will never recommend to any friend or family!! Very upset with the service
