Ez Pack is my go to when it comes to shipping or documents. This business is one of the few that sells you on the customer service alone and the actual service is extra. I've had several visits here and yet to be let done. It's been instances where it's 3-4 different customers in line along with myself and I've witness the owner multi-tasking and taking care of each person with the same care. Again I'm big on customer service and Marcus definitely makes you feel like your business matter and you're not just another customer walking into his store. I will always use EZ Pack because these big box

I no longer ship or print anywhere else! The owner works alongside his staff, and all of them are welcoming and professional. I have zero complaints. Marcus, the owner, has gone the extra mile to call me when a late package arrived, or accept corrected shipping labels via email. He's wonderful.

I went to make some copies at this location (not my first time). I asked the clerk if I could send a word document to their email. When the clerk pulled up the email (word document ) she did not pull up correctly (enable editing) and she printed the document incorrectly in black and white (the document is colored). At that time I told her I would go home and print the word document and bring it back.
