I've spoken to individuals employed by this company who have found it to be truly supportive when the individual was in a tough spot like an injury or familial matters. I can say they actually care about their employees.

Worst drivers out there. DANGEROUS. Y'ALL DON'T OWN ALDI YOU WORK THERE. NO RESPECT FOR OTHER DRIVERS AT ALL. IF WE DIDN'T BRING PRODUCT IN HERE YOU WOULDN'T HAVE NOTHING TO TAKE TO YOUR STORES. PRAY EVERYTIME I COME TO ALDI THAT I DON'T GET HIT BY ONE OF YOUR SO CALLED DRIVERS. FOREIGNERS DRIVE BETTER THAN YOU DO.

Do yourself a favor and find other driving opportunities unless you like not knowing how you get paid working 65+ hours a week for 1200 a week with equipment that constantly breaks down and has 500k+ miles and treated like you are just a dumb truck driver but if this sounds good to you then by all means apply and kiss your home time good bye
