This is an awesome school. The academics and administration are excellent. It is like a small college setting. Class sizes are very small, and there are many small and large things that really help your child succeed.

Our children started attending Nansemond Suffolk Academy in the 7th and 8th grade which is considered Middle School. Middle School is often seen as a step child in many schools. The Middle School at NSA is a well oiled machine. They work as a team followed by the Head of Middle School, Michelle Horton. The school spirit at NSA is unbelievable. Many Alumni return to NSA because of their love of the school. The school has massive support for it's Annual fund in all categories including the student body. That says a lot. There is a wonderful new Head of School, Debbie Russell. She has been a great
