Kelly and her husband, Skip, founded AllCare in 1998. AllCare provides personalized in-home care services to seniors and disabled citizens in Charleston and the surrounding areas. Skip has over 20 years of combined experience in retail management, the food industry, home health, and real estate development.
Skip's primary responsibility is managing the business side of AllCare. Rachel was born and raised in Summerville and attended Wofford College in Spartanburg for her bachelor's, then The Academy of Art for her Masters. Rachel was with AllCare Living Services from 2008-2014 and couldn't stay away so returned in 2016.

In-home care for seniors with dementia

There are several different forms of dementia, the one most common form is Alzheimer's. However, other forms include vascular dementia, dementia with Lewy bodies, Parkinson's disease, Frontotemporal dementia, Cruetzfeldt-Jakob disease (rarest form of dementia), Wernicke-Korsakoff syndrome, mixed dementia, normal pressure hydrocephalus, and Huntington's disease.
Personal Care Services

As part of our personal care service, our caregivers can give you or your loved one medication reminders. However, they are not allowed to distribute medications or offer medication information, that must be performed by an RN. We do have an RN on staff who does Medication Management. That is an additional service and must be scheduled.
Medication Managment

Trying to keep up with multiple medications can be stressful and potentially even dangerous. Our medication management can range from medication reminders performed by caregivers or true medication management performed by our RN. Review of all prescription medications, over-the counter medications, vitamins, and supplements.
Transportation/Concierge

If you have not used AllCare before, and you need a one time service or are looking for a more personalized form of transportation our concierge service might be just the fit for you. With our home care services in Summerville, SC and the surrounding communities, like our concierge service, we will transport you to and from the hospital or doctor's office, with stops for medications or supplies if necessary.
