Took my dad back, today, to have his glasses adjusted. Jessica, the manager, is familiar with us. She was kind and patient, and is extremely knowledgeable. Will go to Advantage Vision for my glasses as well.

This is a fine local establishment for the Franklin Square community. Everyone is very friendly, the MD is kind, generous with her time and pretty much spot on. The staff is great. Phone calls are always answered. The glasses are reasonably priced. Very happy to have met these people and highly recommend.

My whole family had to change optometrist and landed here. The staff is very nice and knowledgeable. The office very clean and set up nicely. Their selection is large and they deal with alot of insurances. They make sure the glasses that you order are correct and fix the problems fast.

Terrible staff ! Rude ! Over crowded place and they dont care even if you tell them you need emergency glasses ....even if you tell tehm your eyes are killing you

Very rude front desk people. I understand if the doctor is behind, there's no issue with that. I can wait. Patiently. But for the front desk being very rude. I was asking if i can just reschedule then all the 3 of them do, walked to the back without saying anything. Very poor, poor service. I wouldnt recommend this to anyone.
