OMG!!! I soo wish I read the reviews on TBS before signing up. I have been with the company for less than 30 days. Customer service sucks, no one answers, the chatbox is a joke. agents are rude and just transfer to another department without any knowledge...I just need answers! Signed a new customer

These people are becoming more incompetent over the years. They don't pay me on every bill I sent into them through email. Seems like they have an automated system. They don't pay me on bills that they previously paid stating that I need a bol, when it's a simple trailer return and there is no bill of lading. If you have an issue forget about customer service. Very difficult to speak to somebody on the phone if you can get through. Email service is even worse.

Zero stars. TBS is a complete customer service nightmare. Dont waste your time. I dont have enough room or time to say all the horrible things needed to be said in a TBS review. They should not be in business.

I'm new to the trucking industry and learning as I go as far as establishing my own business. I went to Google about obtaining my carrier credentials and I clicked on TBS. They really live up to the promise I read about before I hit the link and applied. Within minutes I was connected with a gentleman named Shane Flores who has been informative and all around awesome from start to finish. If you're like me, new to this stuff (and one who operates mostly off of reviews about an establishment before you dive in) and you're reading this, I highly recommend this service.
