I came here to get my eyebrows done and it was great until I needed to come back for my touch up. My appointment has been rescheduled 3 times because they only have 1 technician who can do eyebrows. The fact that the first 2 times my appointment was rescheduled they called me an hour before my appointment to tell me that the technician is out shows lack of value to the customer.They have not tried to provide any compensation for the inconvenience this has caused for me having my appointment rescheduled not once, not twice but 3 times!! Very unprofessional and no value to the customer at all. As

When you call to ask questions the front staff is not very knowledgeable. Then when you go in they are not very friendly. Went to have Eyelashes done and they are already falling out day 2 after doing everything I was told. This is very poor quality.

I went to get my brows microbladed by Ashley! I have hated my brows since I was a teenager and could never grow hair. I finally found Ashley on Instagram and liked her work. Just left today and my life seriously is changed. I finally love my brows for the first time ever. I can now swim and go to the beach without constantly worrying if my make up rubbed off. Ashley is the best and is great at what she does. Walked me through everything and listened to everything I wanted. So thankful I found her! Forever will come to Newman and co!

Took my 6 month old to have her ears pierced. I was super nervous, but Ashley was so professional, kind and calming. It was a wonderful experience! Her earrings are placed perfectly! Great price too! I will recommend to all my friends!

I absolutely love this place!! The waiting area is so sparkly and up beat it just makes you feel all around fancy. I also love that they have promo's and discounts every so often. I haven't met the owner personally but she's seems nice from what I can tell. I'm a newbie lash tech and Newman&Co gives me inspiration and is definitely goals!! Congrats on the 2nd location. Obviously y'all are doing something right!!

My second appointment at this location and Heather was fabulous. She exceeded my scheduled time limit by being meticulous and making sure everything was symmetrical and as perfect as could possibly be. I appreciate the time, effort and customer service she provided and will be back to see her for future appointments.

I went in yesterday to get lip filler for the first time. Matisse was the person helping me. I told her I was nervous about looking crazy and wanted just half a syringe since it was my first time. She looked at me like I was crazy and said No youre going to want a full syringe... its only a $100 difference between and half and full syringe. She continued to pressure me and I gave in. I asked her to just do 75% of the syringe so I can see how it looks to which she replied Im gonna do what I think is best. So unprofessional. She made me feel like I had no say in what I was getting
