Our brewery is a 10-barrel brew house produced by Quality Tank Solutions in Wisconsin. By definition, a brewery is "a place where beer is made commercially." But to us, it's much more than that. It's the place we spend hours crafting some of the best beers in the area, and we are proud to say that all our equipment is American made.

Iron Spike Brewing Company is a craft brewery and restaurant in downtown Galesburg, dedicated to craft beer, inspirational foods, and community relationships. The building we are in was an active firehouse from 1905 to 1970. We acquired an old police station garage - which was directly behind our building - and restored and converted the space into a manufacturing facility.

15 smoked then fried jumbo chicken wings tossed in the sauce of your choice over a bed of our hand-cut fries. House-smoked pulled pork, diced jalapenos, tomatoes & black olives on a bed of fresh-fried tortilla chips. Smothered in creamy beer cheese sauce & shredded cheese. Served with a side of sour cream.
