This is a really nice place to call home. The office and maintenance staff are so friendly and helpful. The complex is clean, safe, and really conveniently located. The apartment is very spacious as well.

I lived here for 5 years and loved every second and was so sad when I eventually had to move for my husband's work. The office staff are phenomenal! Brooke, Tiffany, and Steve do such a wonderful job running things and are such a delight to chat with. Our apartment was comfortable, stylish, and had all the features we were looking for. The complex is adjacent to many acres of forest and fields with endless hiking trails. We were able to walk to very close by grocery shopping and amazing local restaurants. The bus line is very close if you want to take public transit (which is free!) and the area

Thieves. Won't return any portion of the $400 move-in deposit, despite me requesting lease cancellation more than 3 weeks before move-in date. They get to pocket that $400 for nothing.

I love living at Timberhill Meadows Apartments! The staff are friendly and responsive. The grounds are beautiful and well-maintained. The access to hiking trails and local businesses/professional offices is amazing. They are within a half mile walk.

It's really comfortable to live here! It's very suitable for relaxing tired body after a day's class. The light on the balcony is very good. I often sit on the deck chair on the balcony and enjoy afternoon tea! Neighbors are also very quiet and can keep pets. This is the most comfortable neighborhood in Corvallis.
