Their service dept could really use a learning course in customer service. I have never been treated so rudely on the phone. I called to find out about a forklift and Dennis is service kept interrupting me and yelling at me with what I need to do and that I should stop "yip yapping". When i spoke with the manager he didnt even seem to have an issue that his employees treat customers that way

Get a firm price up front for repairs and service. They will run up the labor hours on you without warning. Would strongly encourage going elsewhere. They got me on golf cart repairs.
