Questions
What are your order minimum requirements?
Awards and engraving have no minimums. Embroidery/screen printing requires 12 units minimum. Yard signs need 10 minimum. Promotional product minimums vary by item.
Can I supply my own items for customization?
We do not accept customer-supplied items. We source all materials to ensure quality control and proper production techniques for your project.
What is your typical turnaround time?
Awards/engraving: 5-7 days. Embroidery/screen printing: 1-2 weeks. Promotional products: 2-3 weeks. All times start after proof approval.
Do you offer rush production options?
Rush production is available when production schedule and order size permit. Additional fees apply for expedited orders.
What artwork formats do you accept?
We prefer vector files (AI, CDR, EPS, SVG with outlined text) and PDFs containing both vector and raster elements for optimal print quality.
What is your return policy for personalized items?
Personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective or if we made an error in production.

I was in a very tough spot because an order with another company fell through at the last minute. I walked into All Star on a Wednesday morning at 10:15, needing more than a dozen personalized medals for my soccer team's game that evening. By 3:00 that very same day, the medals were done. They were also beautiful and reasonably priced!

Julie took on my order at the last minute, and was absolutely amazing. From her response time to her communication, everything was outstanding. Then, the work was fantastic. Her turnaround time was even faster than she had originally said and she is the best to work with. I would highly recommend to check out All Star, best in this area by far.
