I'm Melissa, a color happy gal and a lover of impromptu dance parties and anything that involves bacon and avocado. Folks who know me well would describe me as a child at heart who's got some killer party planning skills and an obsession with unicorns and mermaids. I photograph people who are looking for someone to capture the joy and chaos of their everyday lives and important milestones with a unique eye for detail, color and genuine emotion.

A 30 minute portrait session at the location of your choice (must be within 10 miles of Lancaster City or 15 minute drive from my home). A: I consider myself a natural light documentary style photographer. I want to capture real life moments and genuine emotions. I am inspired by colors, light, movement and connection. If you're feeling awkward, I promise to provide direction to create natural images that are not stiff and posed. Though I am happy to take photos of your family smiling at the camera, my focus will be more on your interaction.
