Incredibly friendly staff from the check-in experience, to the lab techs, nurses, and doctors. Wait times were almost non-existent and time with nurses and doctors was plentiful. Never felt rushed, and it always felt as if concerns were fully listened to and addressed. Highly recommend.

Very friendly & welcoming staff. Almost zero wait time. My doctor was very through and answered all my questions. Quick appointment times. Everyone was extremely nice. Got a text that my prescriptions were ready before I could even get downstairs.

Due to Covid, they refuse to see patients in person, Broke an arm? Virtual appointment it is! I feel the doctors are being forced to recommend virtual appointments, even if the appointment needs an in person visit

My appointment was for 8:40a, app and reminders told me to arrive no later than 8:20a. Check-in outside the doors lectured me, more than once, that I shouldn't have arrived until 8:40a and didn't believe me about the app and reminder email until I showed her then said she'll look into it, like she has power over that. Instead of being sat in the empty waiting room she then tells me to sit down the hall by the elevators so now I'm exposed to everyone walking by. Great idea for someone fighting cancer and with a lowered immune system. When the lab called for me the check in then had to come get me
