Andy Hawk is the consummate real estate agent. If you are selling, he does his homework and suggests a price and selling strategy that make him more than worth his commission. If you are buying, he is extraordinarily wise to the current market and helpful in preparing you to move intelligently and quickly in what is now (2021) a volatile market.
