After an extensive 2 year renovation by local artists and crafts people, Merrill's 1940's DNR Headquarters was transformed into a beautiful community gathering place. With comfortable lounge areas, outdoor open space and an historic conference room, the Sawmill is a popular hang-out and the perfect venue for both public and private events.

It's hard to visit the Northwoods of Wisconsin without seeing the white bark of a birch tree. This blonde ale has a light body, but enough flavor for even the most avid beer drinkers. Legend has it that Boom Decker Becker continues to haunt Merrill's school forest as he has for over 100 years. However, our IPA is nothing to be afraid of.

But, since we know that not everyone loves running, there is going to be a 2-mile family walk/run portion too! And, we are throwing a big party afterwards so that everyone in the family can participate in something throughout the day. The 5K will begin at 11:00am sharp with the 2-mile family walk/run starting shortly after.
