I called twice last week and spoke with Tracey to schedule an appointment and was told both times that not until she is able to talk to the "scheduler" she would call me back with an appointment. The second time I called her, she must have been having a bad day due to her demeanor and being so short with me. I have used Commonwealth a number of times over the past 15 years and never had a problem in scheduling an appoinment nor in the quality of their work. Just wanted to reach out and let you know the guys did an absolutely phenomenal job with the irrigation installation. They were extremely impressive with how they went about their work. You know, sometimes when a team of folks come to your house for a job, the experience isn't always positive (not on time, leave debris/trash, unprofessional), but these guys were the best I have ever had come do work at our house. Stafford/Fredericksburg/Dale City/Manassas/Northern VA residents need to make an informed decision on whether or not to use this company.
Highlighted areas to address
1. Slate wall stable and not like existing where bump or step on ring and slate shifts/moves
2. Area in back corner water/drainage and when rock removed need to be mindful of how to deal with drainage/runoff
3. Front area under bay window as even/parallel as possible so no slant down towards tree on right corner of house
*Seems uncoordinated, unplanned, and and ad hoc jumping from back to front and not completing anything

I called to get an estimate on some projects at my house and received an appointment in two days. The owner showed up and understood exactly what I needed. Very professional and knowledgeable! I had an estimate within 24 hours. I am truly looking forward to them doing my project; more to follow after the project is done. The reason I wanted to post this prior to the project starting is because I had four other companies out to my house prior to Commonwealth. It took weeks to get them out for an estimate and they had no thought process on design and took weeks to get back to me.

They came out to install our irrigation system and we could not be happier. Very professional, great customer service and it was a very smooth process. The crew members took time to explain every step of the installation even when there was a small hiccup with the electricity (Dominion's fault, not theirs) and explained things to our neighbors, etc. We didn't have to do a thing. I'm really happy with the work this company did for us and would recommend them.
