Multi-Spindle Screw Machining
Our 78 multi-spindle screw machines produce complex components like hydraulic valve parts and automotive shafts. Using Acme Gridley and Davenport systems, we handle diameters up to 3.5 inches with tolerances as tight as 0.004. This process ensures consistent accuracy for high-volume orders.
CNC Turning
With 18 CNC lathes, including Mazak and Okuma models, we machine parts from steel, aluminum, and brass. Capable of handling 12-foot bar stock, our CNC systems achieve 0.002 tolerances for aerospace, medical, and industrial applications.
Gear Hobbing
Our 6 gear hobbers, including Mitsubishi and Koepfer models, cut spur, helical, and worm gears up to 8 inches in diameter. We serve appliance and power equipment industries with AGMA class Q6-Q12 precision components.
Induction Heat Treating
Using 6 induction systems, we harden and temper steel, stainless steel, and carbon steel parts. Our Zion Z-scan machines treat components up to 1.25 inches in diameter, enhancing durability for automotive and industrial applications.
Centerless Grinding
Our 15 centerless grinders achieve 1 RA surface finishes on shafts, pins, and tubing. Capable of grinding diameters from 0.062 to 3.5 inches, we maintain 0.0001 tolerances for medical, defense, and automotive components.
