I recently had my daughter's bridal shower here. The room was beautiful, the food was excellent and our waitress was a sweetheart. The problem was DANA the owner. I don't understand why someone who is in the hospitality business could be so inhospitable. She was nasty and unaccomidating during the entire process. I booked the room without visiting there first, if I had I certainly would have booked elsewhere.

As I have been to high tea in some of the most famed tea houses and hotels in London and New York take my review with a grain of salt. If you've never had proper high tea I'm sure this would be a wonderful experience. This place is like the Disneyland version of a tea house, everything on the surface appears right, but nothing is quite authentic. The sandwiches were all way too salty or used a much too American style heavy hand with cream cheese, the desserts were cloyingly sweet and the scones were more dessert than tea scone. Most disappointing was the use of bagged tea with no way if removing

When we arrived there was only 1 other group in the whole place, and we had one whole room to ourselves. The hostess, for lack of a better word, had a very condescending attitude towards us the entire time we were there. The other staff were pleasant and friendly. For $25 a person we got tea, tea sandwiches, and little desserts. I'm not really sure it was worth $25/person. Maybe $15-20 tops. We unfortunately
