Moving from out of state and looking at reviews , talking with buyers in this community and the clincher was some of the real estate agents I've been in contact with have said to steer clear from builder!! Message received loud and clear!!!

We had a very positive experience with Faber Builders throughout the entire time. All of the people we interfaced with were wonderful to work with, easy to get along with, very knowledgeable and professional, a great team to work with. They had many plans to choose from and we were able to modify the one we chose to make it exactly what we wanted. It has been a great journey and we are so glad that we chose Faber Builders to build our forever home.

We built on Rose Hill estates. The process was very smooth with extremely skilled professionals. From the sales team to the preconstruction team all the way to the team that follows up on repairs we were very pleased. If you are considering a new build, you should contact Faber to see what is available.

So i could not build with them at this time. So i gave a $500 deposit on a lot to build a home. So here we are now and cant build with them at this time and they are trying to not return the deposit!! Now keep in mind no ground broken or anything. Buyer beware with this builder if you put a deposit down make sure it is small so in case you decide not to build you wont lose much when dealing with them. Went on google also and lots of bad reviews

DONT COME HERE IF YOU DONT HAVE A LETTER STATING FROM THE BANK YOU ARE APPROVED. Myself and my boyfriend are still trying to get 500 dollars back from faber and nothing. I recommend Ryan homes due that they are more professional. We did not sign a contract and they are to not give anything back.
