Our magical story began when Chef Haylee was attending baking school in New York. Her dream was to open up a bakery of her own in her home state of Florida someday. A week later, she made another big step by purchasing her second location in St. Pete. After months of brainstorming, one of her networking partners helped her develop the new name Southern Bay Bakery.
We will still be here to make your day sweeter! After graduating, Haylee returned to the Bay area, and went back to work for Chef Ostrander at the St. Pete Bakery, where she has been honing her skills, and preparing to open her own business. Haylee is very excited to be opening Southern Bay Bakery, and she looks forward to helping you have a "sweet" day.
