What is your cancellation policy?
A $300 non-refundable retainer is required for photo booth bookings. Full cancellation policies are detailed in our event agreement.

Where do I begin, we pre-booked a photo booth for our wedding and made it clear it was outdoors. I have gone back and forth with LINDA LUTCH for the past few days, mind you its two days before the event, and she has been non stop emailing with questions about putting the booth under cover, and we have sent pictures of where it would be set up and we asked even more questions with rude and short responses. Long story short we cancelled. Would never recommend super unprofessional.

The djs were so on point during my wedding, I would make a little hand gesture like cutting cake and they were quick to change the music. They also understood our vibe from my wedding play list and free styled songs we liked for seven hours. Would hire again in a heart beat!

Didn't show up to meet us at a place and date they chose. We drove 30 miles one way to meet with them and they "totally forgot". No, we dont want to reschedule, if you cant even remember to show up, that shows the respect you have for us.
