Since 1983, Pediatric Therapy Associates has been improving the lives of hundreds of children and infants with special needs in South Puget Sound. We offer specialized services for children with neurodevelopmental impairments, sensory or perceptual deficits, communication disorders, birth defects, prenatal drug and alcohol exposure, autism, and learning disabilities.
We encourage early referral of children at risk for developmental problems. We can help preschoolers with sensorimotor and language difficulties prepare for a more successful educational experience. As children move through the educational system, we can provide a stable continuum of care. We coordinate their services with school districts, pediatricians, health departments, dentists, and other medical specialists throughout Southwest Washington.

Sometimes a child's development can be of concern to a parent, teacher, or health care provider. Pediatric Therapy Associates offers reassurance to the parents of a child who is charting a typical developmental course and provides guidance for the parents of a child who needs intervention. Our treatment programs include single consultations, ongoing weekly therapy, intermittent cycles of intervention and free speech screenings.
