Kaitlyn is greatall the ladies are great actually. Not every hairdresser can cut curly hair, but I have had some of the best cuts of my life here. I highly recommend this place for anyone wanting a good, cut and color. Im gonna try the facials next.

I got my hair cut professionally for the first time with Corrie, and she made the whole experience so nice! I was nervous about my big chop but she explained every step and reassured me along the process! The end results were marvelous and she even helped me set up how to care and style it at home. Ive been coming to Elle since 2015 and I havent ever experienced issues with stylists, receptionists, misinformation, or bad haircuts/dyes. The staff is always welcoming and the atmosphere is warm and inviting with a relevant aesthetic and overall great vibe. I get my hair styled regularly by Brenda and I love what she does with my hair! Hair styling and maintenance are just a part of keeping a certain look and paying good money for that to be done is par for the course. A couple of weeks ago, my daughter and I got a haircut. I wanted my hair shoulder length and ended up with a short bob (almost chin length). Not even close to the hair cut I wanted. Also one side was longer than the other one. I got it fixed so it is at least the same length but my hair is too short to put it in a pony tail and I always have to straighten it so it looks okay. I did not get my daughters hair fixed because she liked it, but after we styled it we noticed that her hair cut was also messed up. In the back you can tell that some spots were also cut too short. Even though my original stylist was no longer working here. I came in to give another stylist a try....had a consult for a better blend on my hair after a poor dye job from a friend....Was quoted $400 by KJ/Manager ....KJ also seemed fairly young so I'm guessing not very experienced ( Outrageous)... my hair is long so I was told extra product would be needed. Which is all fine but I've had long hair my entire life, had full colors, highlights, balayage, etc, all with a cut and style included and never paid over $280 (all local salons).
