Our mission is to honor and glorify the Lord by being the best truckload carrier in our operating region through our service to our customers, employees and shareholders. Since being founded in 1974 by Dan Koster, NTB has grown into a very successful truckload carrier in the Midwest and surrounding regions.

With terminals and drop-lots in key locations, our regional operations serve the short to medium haul needs of shippers, ranging from local shuttle operations to one or two day transits. Loads are executed by regionally based drivers, customer service, dispatch managers, and shop maintenance facilities.

After just four weeks in our driver program, you're ready to begin earning guaranteed home time and higher mileage rates! CDL-A student truck drivers who have recently graduated from a certified CDL school can begin their training with NTB so that they can hit the road with our outstanding regional, interstate truck driver careers!

Weekly Pay - Pay will be directly deposited into your current bank or credit union account each week. Per Diem Program - NTB has implemented a Per Diem Program to help drivers compensate for road expenses. This program allows our drivers to reduce their taxes and increase their take home pay by $2,600.00 - $3,200.00 per year.
