Tried to reach them several different times. Left several voicemail messages over the past month. No return call. One time someone picked up but nobody said anything and after a minute or so the call just went dead. Then the last time I called and actually reached someone they asked if they could put me on hold which is fine but instead of placing me on hold they hung up. I was patiently waiting for nearly 20 minutes before I looked at my phone and realizes they weren't even there. Wondering how bad service must be in there if just trying to get an appointment is such a challenge. Guess I am driving

Staff was very friendly and professional. I had a massage with Lin (no sure about the spelling). She was nice. I actually fell asleep during the massage because I was so relaxed. I plan to return.

I am having a hard time with this one because the service ultimately didn't suit me. It isn't an experience I want to repeat. I have a $35 gift card that idk what to do with because I don't really care to go back.
Were they professional? Eh.
Did they do a good job? I don't know. It was my first massage and I did not enjoy it. Would I recommend it to someone else? Maybe. That being said there are multiple services in the building, the staff were nice, and it was clean.

My favorite place for a good massage (staff are attentive to problem areas) and my favorite waxers. My only complaint is I can never get an appointment for a wax.

I can only speak well of the massage, and only from Dorothea. I only tried the salon services once (Mani, pedi) and was very disappointed. But Dorothea is a magician. (Idk if the same staff are doing the facials, but the girl who used to do em was really great, too. I just stopped going for facials.)

Brow Service is excellent, their knowledge and care are the best I've had in years. I've been using the brow services and they do not disappoint. Book as soon as you can though this establishment is kept hopping all day long.

I just went back for another massage and it was hands down the best massage I have ever gotten! I am so in love with this spa and I recommend the spa to all of my college friends to go to. I love the staff, the prices, and love how friendly everyone is. If I could give more stars I would.
