Ed Steinhoff moved from Coquille, Oregon to the Yreka area in 1993, as a mobile mechanic. In May of 1996 he decided to expand and open his own shop, and by 1999 he had expanded once again to include the current location on Main Street. Since 1999 the store has continued to grow and now has 4 employees, 3 of which have been employed for him in excess of 10 years.
