My interest in modern art began after seeing a cubist Picasso painting projected onto a screen when I was in elementary school. I was totally amazed, as I had never seen anything like it before! As with anything, the more you know about a subject, the greater your appreciation. Figurative representation began to lose all interest to me, as I explored deeper into the world of abstraction.
