We believe in offering real gymnastics for all who are interested in the sport. Whether one is interested in recreational or competitive gymnastics, we have programs for you. We firmly believe in the Positive Approach and we have a special focus on client satisfaction, we exist to serve you with excellence.
Waiver & Agreement
Report
To partake in non-member programs and events, such as Open Gyms, Parent Night Out Bashes, Birthdays, etc. One must have a release waiver on file. If you are an ACTIVE member, you only need a "Client Agreement" on file. To partake in classes or team programs with Gymnastics USA, one must have a Gymnastics USA Client Agreement on file.
Ninja Kidz Classes

Ninja Kidz is a recreational program designed for children ages 5 to 12 years old. Classes are co-ed and divided by skill level. The program includes four different events with three different levels. The four events are practices of Form, Obstacle, Climb, and Power. All four events are chosen to create a well-rounded Ninja and to achieve safe exercise, learning, and fun in every class.
Aerial Silks Classes

Aerial Silks & Lyra Aerial art activity has been growing trend globally with every passing year, due to it's elegance, uniqueness, and dynamic presentation. The activity allows the perfect outlet for children and adults to partake in physical activities that promote gross motor skills, social skills, strength, flexibility, self-discipline, and fun.
Special Needs Program

Gymnastics USA is dedicated to helping children with special needs. Our program teaches concentration, memory skills, gross-motor skills, coordination, and physical fitness with a focus on the sport of gymnastics. 1 Private one on one coach instruction. 2 Private group lessons with coach. 3) Open group instruction with family involvement (family involvement encouraged).
