Amazed by the customer service. I called Joe on Sunday intending to leave a voicemail, but he answer. He took the time to recommend a possible solution for my transmission for my S500 mercedes, and suggested that I bring the car to his shop. he quoted $200 over the phone for the repair and suggested i use a tow company he recommended, i was charged 50% less for the tow than if i had arranged it myself... amazed. I was in and out of the shop in 2.5 hours, car fixed and pleased. I would recommend him for existing and future services.

WHEN THE OTHER GUYS COULDN'T GET IT RIGHT JOE AND HIS TEAM DID!!! Long story short , I took my 2006 Audi A4 to a Volkswagen shop in Irving for a flashing gear selection panel that turned out to be by TCM Transmission Control Module. When I brought my car to that shop it had reverse gear, when they fixed the TCM I apparently lost reverse. That shop assume my tranny was bad. I brought the car to Joe and his team they diagnosed the car and thought the problem could be mechanically inside the Transmission. After discussing with them that I had reverse when I brought it to the previous shop and

I'm always worried taking my Mercedes to anyone other than the dealer but these guys came highly recommended and they earned every star. Steve was a really good tranny and tire guy. Chris was quick in getting answers when we needed them, and Joe. What can you say about Joe. He's the "Man". Got the work done and saved me $2000
