Questions
What vaccination records are required for boarding?
Dogs need DHLPP, Rabies (within 1 year), and Bordetella (within 6 months). Cats require FVRCP and Rabies (within 1 year).
Do you offer long-term boarding discounts?
Yes, we provide discounted rates for extended stays with additional discounts for multiple pets and qualifying groups like military personnel.
What are your daycare requirements?
All pets over 7 months must be spayed/neutered. We reserve the right to decline aggressive animals for safety reasons.
Can I tour the facility before booking?
Yes, free tours are available during lobby hours Monday-Friday 7AM-6PM or by appointment.
What payment options do you accept?
We accept cash, credit cards, and checks for boarding services. Daycare packages require prepayment.

I believe I have already reviewed this place once, but another one will not hurt; Leo is now a regular at this place, and I love that when we get there everyone remembers him and greed him like he is back home; he loves it there, whenever I am going out of town and can't take Leo, I know he stays in his second home and the price is very affordable

Communication was not great with the staff at this boarding place. I didnt know that my dog ran out of food and medication during boarding even though I really thought she had enough. I was already planning on re-supplying her halfway through her boarding but didnt even hear from the staff that she essentially ran out a couple days beforehand. They lost 2/3 dog tags that had some important medical and microchip info on them and although thats not the end of the world Ive called them quite a few times to see if theyve located them yet and they havent even attempted to look for

Sam was very rude on the phone when I called to find out if they had space to board for the weekend. Wouldnt give me information and said I needed to come in to fill out paperwork. Well, Im not going to waste my time if you cant answer simple questions and definitely wouldnt want rude people around my dogs.

Very friendly and accommodating staff. They seem to really care about and get to know the dogs. We use both day care and boarding services and have been very happy with both.
