AvCap's co-founders are Jaime Infante and David Rentschler, who were the senior managers of the Aircraft Leasing Group at American Express Bank Ltd. At AvCap, they acted as advisors on the sale and purchase of over 100 commercial aircraft for various institutional clients.

They have accumulated over 65 years of experience in the aircraft marketplace, completing the acquisition, disposition, delivery, and repossession of commercial aircraft in the United States, Europe, South America, and Asia.AvCap's principals have developed global relationships with banks, operating lessors, finance companies, and private investors.

With over 37 years of experience in the financing, leasing, and selling of commercial aircraft portfolios, Jaime Infante currently is at AvCap Partners LLC, an advisory and investment firm he co-founded in 1997 that specializes in the acquisition, lease, sale, financing, and management of commercial aircraft.
