Had only one claim but that was enough. They were of no help at all. Car sat for two weeks before an adjuster would go look at it. Had many angry phone calls from the repair shop when they were paid less than agreed. Finally worked it out with the insurance company, Auto Owners, but never had any help from my agent. Had asked them for a quote from a different insurance company. They never called back. You can not call your agent directly. You have to go thru some kind of answering service every time you call. The service will not even take a message.
