Cleaning

Sign-up for regular cleanings once or twice a week depending on size of pool and how often it is used. Rates start at $140 per month plus tax; chemicals are additional. If you prefer a flat rate for chemicals so you don't have a variable monthly bill, we have plans starting at $200 per month plus tax.
Additional Services

If you want to learn how to operate your pool equipment or balance the chemicals, we can teach you! Our rate is discounted to $60 for the first hour and $80/hour after. If you are a real estate agent or buying/selling a home and need a pool inspection, give us a call. As a Certified Pool Inspector with the NSPF, we can provide you with an inspection report for $100.

Know your clean filter pressure first. For example, many systems run at around 15 psi. Once you reach 10 psi above your clean running pressure (at 25 psi in this case), it's time to backwash your sand or DE filter or clean the cartridges in a cartridge filter. Note: For DE filters, we recommend you backwash once every 2 - 3 months, even if your filter pressure has not reached 10 psi above your clean running pressure.
