Southwest Chicago Christian Schools
As a school with its roots in the Reformed tradition, we believe that God exists in three persons - the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. We believe that the Old and New Testaments are the inspired Word of God, the only infallible rule for faith and life. We affirm three creeds - the Apostles' Creed, the Nicene Creed, and the Athanasian Creed - as expressions of our faith.

The bulk of what we believe we hold in common with the Christian church around the world. Our faculty teach from a reformed Christian perspective. However, we welcome students and families from various Christian denominations, and we celebrate the beliefs that we hold in common, namely salvation through Jesus Christ.

Tuition & Costs
Report
As a Christian community, we are committed to making a Southwest Chicago Christian education accessible to families of various financial levels. Our partnership with the Pass It On Thrift Store allows us to offer an alternative tuition structure starting in Kindergarten. The store is volunteer-run and their profits support all three SCCS campuses.
Early Childhood
Report
Our youngest students stay very active exploring, learning, and playing. Learning is fun! Our program encourages curiosity, problem solving, and understanding how to be a good friend. Our preschool students enjoy a wide range of topics including Bible, literacy development, mathematics, science, social studies, music, and physical education.
Community
Report
We had a lot of different options when it came to choose a school. Southwest Chicago Christian was our first and last stop because we were so impressed from the moment we set foot on campus. It feels like home. Knowing God has called me to teach young kindergarteners gives me great joy and purpose.
