First of all, I wouldve gladly given a 5 star review. However, there was a lady named Christina who I believe is the X-ray tech who was the one who I spoke to first about getting seen. Mind you, I could not walk. I threw out my back and at my age, it was excruciating pain and I needed a wheelchair so my daughter asked for one to take me in when CHRISTINA was extremely rude. She didnt even know the extent of my injury and right off the bat said we do not prescribe narcotics when in fact I never thought of narcotics and instead I just needed HELP. My daughter proceeded to ask for a wheelchair

Dr. Tucker is a great Doctor ( I'd give him a million stars if I could). This review is more so for his staff. EXTREMELY RUDE! Charlene is always uncertain about things doesn't seem to care to ask. Carrie is always rude when answering the phone and almost always hangs up on you. I have been calling for refills days in advanced before I am out of medication and then run out because its not been sent in.
I then call to see if its been sent in and end up getting told " ill send a message if you can give me the name and dosage of the medication" as if its not been sent already. I'm sure if the messages

Shame that Dr. Tucker Won't be in office as much but so grateful he is keeping us as patients. Best doctor in town I would follow him anywhere. He has a great Office manager. That lady knows how to run a clinic and keep her staff happy
