AVS had to work around the load bearing pole you see in the left picture for this theater. The pole stayed - but we managed to get a full 8 Seat Theater into the space: JVC projector. This basement was cramped and cluttered. AVS installed a very nice 5 seat (and 2 bean bags!) Theater into the space: Optoma projector.
