W. Michael Tuman DMD offers a full array of dental services to help you maintain healthy teeth. Your initial oral examination includes a visual examination, charting, periodontal probing, diagnosis and treatment recommendations.
We will also take x-rays, which includes the panoramic x-ray for proper diagnosis of the anterior (front) and posterior (back) teeth as well as the bite-wing x-ray series for proper diagnosis of proximal decay of posterior teeth.Implants are synthetic structures that are placed in the area of the tooth normally occupied by the root.

We are passionate about providing the highest quality of dental care to all of our patients, in a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere. We are most proud of our staff. Our team of dental assistants are all board certified in Expanded Function Dental Assisting (EFDA). Most of our EFDAs have been with our team for over ten years.

With the acquisition of the adjacent building, an additional dentist, and two hygienists, our practice facility literally doubled in size and is now accessible with the addition of the elevated lift. The facility is state of the art and every department keeps current with continuing education. We understand, that for some, the thought of visiting the dentist or hygienist stirs emotions of anxiety and even claustrophobia.

Our practice accepts most PPO (Preferred Provider Organization) insurance plans and will gladly process your claim. We do not participate with HMO or DMO dental plans. Please bring the necessary insurance information with you to your first visit. You can also email, fax or provide it in our Patient Intake Form now available online.
New Patients
Report
As a new patient, your first visit typically consists of a thorough health history evaluation, head and neck exam, comprehensive intraoral evaluation, intraoral digital radiographs, intraoral photographs (when needed or required) and prophylaxis (cleaning). This appointment usually takes one hour to complete.
