I recently moved into Canyon House Apartments. The staff is very nice. All the communication and transactions went smooth. The complex itself is well kept and quiet. I have a unit with a private yard and LOVE it! I have dogs so the private yard is so nice. I definitely recommend this complex!

own fenced yard. If you have a dog, there is a nice dog park to play in if you have a dog.

Brittnany is not helpful she'svery rude...Bcuz the Mgr left the office early today & the front door is locked Brittnany can be seen in the office not answering the phone or the front door when clients walked up interested in a apartment, I watched her walk out the back door & walked right past me without saying How can I help you. That's what happens when you dont stay in school. And of course there's no record of me as a resident because I wasn't given the chance to become one, I was interested in a apartment but decided to find a much better place to where I know there will be no issues with

There is nothing more you could ask for from a complex. The staff is incredibly hardworking and goes above and beyond for all residents. Brittney was especially helpful on move in day and with whatever else was needed throughout my lease. Thank you CY!

Moved in a little while ago and love it so far! The move in process was very smooth and the office staff have been extremely welcoming and helpful! And the location is fantastic!

This was our Thanksgiving Dinner with Family at their House... I just enjoyed NOT COOKING, whilst my Son in Law did all the work before we all got COVID, but WE made it ALL, but We never will forget this year 2020!!

Comfort and luxury at a reasonable price is difficult to come by today. Living here at Canyon House, we have found nothing short of that. If anything, much more. From the day we interacted with the leasing staff, they continue to provide empathetic energy and trustworthiness that fosters a warm environment. The maintenance staff and lawn care service upholds a higher standard that creates an oasis like identity. An apartment youll be happy to call home.
