CNC Routing
Our CNC routing service transforms digital designs into precise wood creations using computer-controlled cutting technology. This advanced system enables production of complex 2D and 3D shapes with exceptional accuracy. Capable of handling 60x96 inch materials up to 7 inches deep, our dual-spindle router delivers efficient production while maintaining tight tolerances for both prototyping and small-batch manufacturing.
Laser Engraving
Laser engraving creates detailed surface markings on wood and other materials with extreme precision. Our 50W Epilog Laser system handles materials up to 12x24 inches, with capabilities for cylindrical objects through our rotary indexer. This non-contact method allows for intricate designs, text, and photographic images on various substrates while maintaining material integrity through controlled depth engraving.
Custom Signage
We create custom wooden signs and plaques combining traditional craftsmanship with modern technology. Our process includes design consultation, material selection, and precision manufacturing using both CNC routing and laser engraving.
