I hired Robert for my court case and he only provided reports, which was not what I hired him for. He sent pictures of someone else, who I did not know and was barely ever available to get an update. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!! I am thinking about filing a small claims suit. Robert knew I lost my job to covid and needed the surveillance info for court. Now, I will have my appearance with no documentation.
