Northland Health Centers is a Federally Qualified Health Center that provides healthcare services in rural North Dakota. Based in the North Dakota communities of Bismarck, Bowbells, McClusky, Minot, Ray, Rolette, and Turtle Lake.

We are a non-profit healthcare organization, striving to be the premier healthcare provider in the communities we serve by increasing access to healthcare and providing quality healthcare to all regardless of their ability to pay.We encourage all patients, no matter their financial status, to apply for discounted healthcare services.

This Health Center receives HHS funding and has Federal Public Health Service (PHS) deemed status with respect to certain health or health-related claims, including medical malpractice claims, for itself and its covered individuals. Comments, questions, or suggestions? Messages are monitored during regular business hours: Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm, excluding holidays.

Board of Directors

The Northland Health Centers Governing Board provides strategic direction, is the policy-making board for Northland, and provides regular oversight of the operational and financial policies of the clinics. The majority of the board obtain healthcare at the clinics and each are representatives from each of the communities we serve.
Executive Staff

Ms. Boe joined Northland Health Centers in December of 2009. As Chief Executive Officer, her main responsibilities are to direct the health centers in short and long-term strategic planning and implementation, along with resource allocation and operation efficiency. She directs the development of operational processes and process improvement in support of health organization's mission.
Clinical Team
Report
Ashley Kremer joined the Northland Health Centers team in 2019 as Medical Director and will be seeing patient in Rolla and Rolette. Dr. Kremer is originally from Tioga. She went on to University of North Dakota Medical School and graduated in 2011. Dr. Kremer completed her residency at UND Center for Family Medicine in Bismarck.

I’m not happy with these people at all. My provider left and they didn’t send me a message or a letter to let me know. I couldn’t get in to see anyone else for months! Wouldn’t recommend and wouldn’t waste your time.

I've had 3 therapist in my life and Missy is the only one that actually cared about what i had to say. I wish she could move to michigan. Highly recommend her, i still use the things she taught me.

I went here and I never want to go again. The treatment I so obviously needed was refused. But they were desirous to treat me for something they knew I don't have.
Such a total Waste of peoples' time and people's taxes. NOT a single star for this clinic.
Disgust is the word.
Looks like they refuse to publish reviews that are not good. Guessing that's why there are no reviews.
